Ive never had any bugs or issues with the app and have found it super easy to use.Love that I can see an item on different models to get a better idea of how it will look for myself.Also love that I can save my favorites and see whats on sale quickly.
Easy to use, quick access. Maybe too quick and easy to shop :-o
I found it easier to understand the intended fit of products when shown on models. The reviews help overcome that problem.

Some bad moments
Since the new update, it wont even load anything! Just as poor as their new website.
Do not enjoy the new app.. The clothes without models in them are not ideal for shopping.
I want to use this app a lot because I buy lululemon often, but there are so much problems with this app. When you add sale items to your cart, they often revert to full price. My cart randomly disappears even when signed in. Something that shows up as "in stock" will randomly become sold out when added to your cart, then a few minutes later can be added and purchased without issue. Credit cards previously saved must be re-entered every time due to the card not saving properly. Overall not worth the hassle to use the app!
I would love to use this app because I just finally found this brand after watching everyone else wear this and so now that I downloaded the app I get frustrated because when I get into it there is nothing its completely blank with no clothes and all I see it gray Im seriously aggravated. Fix it please
I would use this app all the time to buy Lulu products but its constantly not working properly. Blank pages and the cart seems to break all the time. Build a new app.
If I can get the app to scroll far enough without randomly refreshing me to the top of the page and find the item I want to view, it doesnt have a why we made this section OR fabric/functions. I find both of these issues extremely frustrating.
