Search doesnt work

When ever I search a color it says you cant find anything. Please fix this. Otherwise great app!

Cannot do returns

Mobile version of returns option is pretty dismal, none of the selections for reason for return show on the phone and do not align with the items listed. You cannot proceed to next step, button just never selects.

New update crashes

As the title suggests, I just downloaded the new version and it wont open all the way and keeps crashing. No good. Please fix.

Crashing

This new update has crashed every time I open it and makes my phone glitch afterwards. I havent looked at any lululemon products since this update was made. The app loads for about 30 seconds and then crashes.

Color codes?

No issues with this app, except that it doesnt not show the name of the color of the item. It can be hard to tell between navy and black, etc..

Terrible

This app is absolutely terrible!! It drives me nuts. Ive never been able to get it to work properly. It always says "oops, something went wrong". Or it crashes non stop. The updates dont help at all. Get it together Lululemon. I think you guys can afford to create an app that actually works.

No longer works

Cant even view products. Deleting app immediately. Pointless.

iPhone 6 and 6+ have been out for a year now... Please support them.

Great App!!!

Ive never reviewed anything besides my pizza order, but the other reviewers arent accurate. 1) Its 6+ compatible 2) There are color codes 3) The app doesnt crash... Maybe upgrade your phone/carrier before arguing that fact. All in all, its a great shopping app!

Good but...

It would be nice to have a favorite or like option instead of just the shopping bag.

Good but not great

Pretty smooth interface but its difficult to follow the titles (eg whether they relate to the item above or below) Also cant star items that you like to add to favorite list for future reference.

App functions ok, but...

The app is easy to navigate and search, but ... I added some things to my cart, planning to revisit it and edit at a later time. When I returned to the app, it said my cart was empty. So, I added some other stuff and checked out, very happy with my order. However, when I got the confirmation email, I discovered that the purchase went through for EVERYTHING, including the items that were supposedly no longer in my cart. Quite a pricey surprise!

Totally buggy - basically a waste of time

Every time I open the app and try and use it to shop I get a "something went wrong" error. Every time. Ive never been able to make a purchase from the app. Not sure why I even bother trying anymore.

Not too bad

I like the layout of the app a lot. The only issue I would have with it would be that when using the search box it always includes womens and mens clothing even when typing in men or filtering it. It would also be nice to have a list of previous purchases. Similar to the list that the cash register attendants have access to.

Yay! iPhone 6s support!

I love Lululemon and this app. It works really well and is finally optimized for the iPhone 6s display.

Over priced

I love their clothing but it is just too expensive. Theres no way Im spending $100+ on a pair of pants!

Location Services Issue

Your app nails up the GPS in the phone and wont stop polling location even when the app is completely closed. There is a new GPS option available to developers called "Only When Using App" which allows an app to only poll GPS when the app is actively being used and never when it the background or closed. This has been available for several iOS versions for over a year. Update the app to have this option so it doesnt kill peoples batteries!

Checkout is a dead end

You have to login/create an account to proceed to checkout. Glitch with the app that doesnt recognize login information, ironically cannot send password help info., and then forces you to create a new account everytime. I get multiple duplicate emails from them because Ive had to create three separate accounts using the same email address (not sure how that works)... Much easier to just buy directly from site. The app is too inconvenient.
